Program Details

To qualifying employees selected by Wesley Partners Management, Wesley Partners offers opportunities to further their education for career advancement. This may include becoming an LVN, pursuing culinary training, completing certification courses (such as activity director or HVAC training), or other approved education that helps employees grow and contribute more fully within the Wesley Partners organization.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, employees must meet the following requirements:

• Completed at least 6 months of employment with Wesley Partners
• Be a team player and practice the Wesley Partners Non-Negotiables
• Sign a contract agreeing to work for Wesley Partners for a minimum of 18 months after completing your education
• Be selected and approved by Wesley Partners Management

Letters of Recommendation

As part of the application process, obtain and submit the following:

• One letter of recommendation from the Executive Director
• One letter of recommendation from a Wesley Partners resident or family member
• One letter of recommendation from a co-worker
• One letter of recommendation from someone outside of work (e.g., teacher, family member, mentor)

Scholarship Essay

Submit an essay explaining why you feel you should receive the scholarship. Include your personal goals, as well as your short-term and long-term career aspirations.
